Make your own abstract concrete pot plant with no special tools or skills – it’s so easy!
You will need:
- Old kitchen towel
- 2 parts cement
- 1 part water
- Disposable plastic cup or cardboard milk carton
- a container
Step 1
Mix 2 parts cement to 1 part water. Once mixed well, add the old kitchen towel to the slurry mix.
Step 2
With gloves, work the towel to absorb as much wet concrete as possible. If needed, add more water.
Step 3
Drape the soaked towel over the carton or cup. While wet, shape the design and ensure the top is flat. This will be the base of the pot.
Step 4
Allow to dry for 48 hours.
You’re done! Removing the carton or cup, plant up your pot and enjoy your one of a kind abstract pot.
