The Zodiac 4600IQ Robotic Pool Cleaner is a smart solution to the hassle of cleaning your pool. Powered by Artificial Intelligence, this little robotic pool cleaner scuttles around the bottom of your pool, sucking up dirt and debris and keeping it clean with minimal direction from you.

The Zodiac is fully automated and doesn’t rely on the pool filter for its power, like traditional pool cleaners do. The 18 m main cable means the Zodiac can clean a big pool – placing the trolley with the control unit in the middle of your pool allows the cleaner to reach 17 m in either direction. A clever touch is that the cord floats, so it doesn’t get in the way of the cleaning process.

Thanks to built-in smart sensors, the Zodiac 4600IQ navigates around your pool on its own, making it suitable for pools of all shapes. It is also compatible with all surfaces, including marble plaster and fibreglass, as the cleaner has tracks with a good grip that allows it to climb the walls of pools of all surface types.

Its patented cyclonic suction and helix-shaped brushes efficiently remove dirt and prevent clogs, so there’s no worrying about leaves and dirt clogging the pipe. When water is sucked through the cleaner, it’s filtered through two filters and the dirt is collected in a 4 L cannister. This is transparent so you can easily see when it needs to be emptied.

To remove the Zodiac from the pool, simply push a button on the control unit. The cleaner then makes its way up the wall of the pool until the handle is exposed above the waterline. You can then lift it out easily.

The Zodiac has been designed to work in conjunction with a normal pool filter, so it doesn’t filter out tiny particles of dirt. It does, however, remove most dirt, so the pool filter would need to be used less often during the day. Since the Zodiac is rated at 150 W as opposed to the usual 750 W of a pool filter, it will save you money in electricity as it cleans.
