Builders is excited to announce that customers can now support their chosen cause every time they swipe their Builders Card.
In partnership with MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet and our customers, we can contribute to the upliftment of South African communities.
Currently, every time a customer swipes their Builders Card, Builders pays R2 to MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet at no extra expense to the customer. With effect from 1 September 2020, customers can now direct contributions to a cause close to their hearts. In other words, here’s a chance to make a real difference, to build better lives, in areas that truly matter to customers.
MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet has been around for 22 years and is a multi-partner programme that connects people to their community and causes in a sustainable way that really makes a difference when customers swipe their cards at their retail partners. The programme seeks to address social concerns such as youth development, disabilities and delivers investment directly into education, animal and environmental protection in South Africa.
The MySchool MyVillage MyPlanet programme pays over more than R8 million per month to its various organisations, thanks to its supporters.
